Some of her most famous works published during her lifetime include Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, and Mansfield Park. These novels were published anonymously between 1811-1817 and earned her great critical and commercial success during the Regency era in Britain. Sadly, Austen passed away at a young age in 1817, but her legacy lives on through popular film and TV adaptations of her novels. Her timeless stories of love and social satire continue to resonate with audiences today.
